David is the Director and Principal Physiotherapist at Connect Physiotherapy. David first discovered the great benefits of physiotherapy as a young teenager, where he was a keen soccer player at the elite junior levels and having suffered multiple injuries himself.
David has been a local of the St Clair and Colyton area his entire life and progressed on to study at the prestigious University of Sydney for his Physiotherapy qualifications. David’s clinical areas of interest are the lower back and pelvic/hip pain. He has done post-graduate studies in the advanced assessment and treatment of the lumbar spine and pelvis under the guidance of the renowned Dr Barbara Hungerford, on of the leaders in the assessment and treatment of this region. David has several years of experience in Sports Physiotherapy.
Having worked with a number of sporting organisations including: Penrith Nepean United Soccer Club, Blacktown Spartans Soccer Club, Western Raiders Futsal Club, Penrith Netball Association State Age Championships, UTS Rowing Club, Penrith Rams AFL club and Windsor Wolves Rugby League Club (Penrith Panthers NRL feeder club). Outside of work David enjoys spending time with his wife and their daughter. He also enjoys playing soccer and doing martial arts training
Monique graduated as a Physiotherapist from The University of Western Sydney and has since worked in the Westmead Children's Hospital and with a multitude of local sporting teams before moving to Connect Physiotherapy. She has special interests in paediatrics and sporting injuries.
Amanda graduated as a Physiotherapist from The University of Sydney in 2019 after seeing the benefits physiotherapy could have in improving patients’ quality of living. She has experience in multiple areas of physiotherapy including musculoskeletal, orthopaedics, neurology, acute cardiorespiratory and aged care.
Amanda is a Western Sydney local that enjoys helping people of all ages and abilities to stay active. In her spare time, she enjoys going on hikes with a coffee in hand or brunching at local cafes.
Exercise Physiologist (ESSAM)
Katie graduated as an Exercise Physiologist from the Australian Catholic University in 2012 and has since worked in a variety of rehabilitation settings. Her specialties include:

Katie has a special interest in Exercise Physiology/Allied Health business development and expanding teams and services offered to the community. Her passion lies in providing the best possible care to her clients and meet their rehabilitation goals.
Remedial Massage Therapist
Amanda is a friendly face that you will often find at the front desk or floating around the rooms, she has been the Practice Manager at Connect Physiotherapy since opening in 2012.
Amanda always ensures that patient confidentiality is kept to the highest standard along with keeping the practice running smoothly. She is always happy to help you and answer any questions you may have. Away from work Amanda is a keen soccer player and enjoys riding motorbikes.
